Work With Us

Khan Lab welcomes motivated students and postdoctoral researchers interested in semiconductor physics, ferroelectrics, oxide electronics, microscopy, emerging memory, and AI-enabled semiconductor research.

Undergraduate and Masters Students

We have openings for undergraduate and masters students interested in semiconductor physics and ferroelectrics. The work involves electrical measurements and data analysis, with opportunities to work in the cleanroom.

We are also looking for students interested in big data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. A basic understanding of semiconductor devices is appreciated.

Doctoral Students

We are always looking for motivated, hard-working students with research interests in thin-film and transistor fabrication, ferroelectrics, semiconductor physics, and microscopy of electronic materials. Prospective Ph.D. students should apply through Georgia Tech ECE and mention interests aligned with Khan Lab research directions.

Postdoctoral Fellows

We are looking for postdocs with research experience in fabrication, semiconductor device physics, and ferroelectrics.

If you are interested, please write a concise email to the PI with your resume.
